Deal Teams Need a Technology-Enabled Approach to Achieving Portfolio-Wide Operational Alpha

Private equity deal teams have a lot on their plates. They are responsible for finding prospects, conducting due diligence, underwriting, structuring terms, consummating deals, monitoring performance, and creating operational alpha, all with the ultimate aim of a successful exit. It’s a lot to juggle.
