Izzi Emerson is a Client Success Associate with a passion for connecting with others and working towards positive outcomes for all stakeholders. She has a range of experience, including nonprofit client management, healthcare, and retail sales. 

Before joining Maestro, Izzi was a Client Services Manager at Contributor Development Partnership (CDP) where she participated in strategic decision-making processes for nonprofit clients. She steered clients through a full technical conversion, including a move to a new CRM and new fundraising email platform, while enhancing fundraising campaign effectiveness and driving overall stakeholder satisfaction. Prior to that Izzi worked as a Patient Liaison at Wellist, a healthcare start-up focused on connecting cancer patients with resources and support during and after treatment. 

Izzi received her BA in Anthropology, with a focus in Global Health from Washington University in St. Louis. She graduated with Honors and was a member of the Mortar Board Society. 

She currently lives in Boston, MA where she enjoys going to museums, attending sports games, and trying new restaurants.
